Initiate Your Request
Log into your KingCamp account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
